This programme is designed for any entity creating or disseminating content, including but not limited to advertisers, advertising agencies, authors, book publishers, broadcasters, film and programme producers, magazine publishers, multimedia companies, newspaper publishers and even personal appearances by celebrities, sportsmen or women or company officials.

Cover is provided for the broadest range of media perils including libel, slander, invasion or interference with rights of privacy or publicity, infringement of copyright, title or slogan, plagiarism or misappropriation of ideas. Depending on the insured's type of business, the policy can be endorsed to insure additionally against claims for bodily injury, property damage, financial loss resulting from errors or omissions in the content of insured matter, negligent acts or cyber exposures.

Specialty E&O Liability Programme™
This programme is designed for most service-orientated businesses that are exposed to errors and omissions claims. Bespoke schemes for groups or associations in service industries can be provided.

The programme provides insurance against legal liability for claims arising out of negligent acts, errors or omissions in performing insured services for others. Depending on the insured's type of business, the policy may be endorsed to provide cover for contingent bodily injury, property damage, media perils, copyright or trademark infringement and cyber activities.

CyberLiability Plus Programme™
This policy is designed for businesses with a web presence. It is tailored for the specific needs of companies who conduct all, or part, of their business activities via the internet, e-mail, extranet or a web site, or who use the internet to advertise or promote their products or services.

Cover will respond to liability claims alleging financial loss caused by a wrongful act arising from insured services while performing cyberspace activities. Covered perils include errors, omissions or negligent acts; media perils including libel, slander and invasion of privacy or publicity; intellectual property infringements including copyright, trademark, title or slogan; plagiarism, passing off or misappropriation of ideas; failure to prevent unauthorised access and transmission of viruses. Optional covers include contingent bodily injury and property damage.

TechPlus Liability Programme™
This programme is designed for IT companies. Broadly speaking, we are able to provide cover for software and hardware providers, bespoke software developers, consultants and project managers, ISP's, ASP’s, IT security consultants, data processors, PKI providers, CRM/ERP providers, data warehousing and managed service providers.

Cover is provided on a civil liability basis, responding to claims arising out of wrongful acts in performing insured services for others, including negligent conduct, infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, breach of confidence, breach of a written contract or any other act, error or omission giving rise to civil liability.

Corporate Expression™
Corporate Expression is the first policy designed to provide enterprise-wide protection for intellectual property and other “media” exposures faced by non-media companies and organisations.

The policy is in response to changes in our economy, the legal environment and the insurance industry. The media exposures that companies face have grown exponentially – copyright, trademark, privacy and other similar exposures arising out of websites, blogs, product design and promotion and an endless array of other communication tools and branding.

The policy covers defamation, privacy, infringement of intellectual property, breach of data protection laws, virus transmission, errors in content, contractual liability and design rights. Optional extensions include cover for claims arising out of false advertising, registered design and breach of trade secrets.
